IBBC 2012 - The 5th International Borneo Business Conference (IBBC)
Topics/Call fo Papers
The IBBC 2012 conference theme “Business and Economic Sustainability in Asia” reflects the vibrant business and economic condition enjoyed by the Asian region as a whole. Notwithstanding however, the financial crisis engulfing the western countries may negatively affect the business and economic growth of the region. Therefore, the Asian economies should enhance their business and economic cooperation to withstand the adverse impact and ensure their economic sustainability. Started in 2004, the International Borneo Business Conference (IBBC) has emerged as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners and policy makers to interact and exchange viewpoints as well as their research findings on contemporary business and economics issues related to the Borneo region and the global world. IBBC is a biennial conference and the previous four conferences were successfully held in 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010. Hence, this conference should be of interest to academics, consultants, industry practitioners, professionals, government agencies and policy makers to present their ideas on business and economics-related topics that are in line with the conference theme.
