The 1st International Workshop on Security for Web-Applications & E-Commerce (SECWEB 2012) covers comprehensively the common issues about security in the area of E-commerce and online business. In particular, this workshop concentrates on security problems like online transactions confidentiality, privacy, trust, digital forensics, online payment integrity manangement protocols, and online security strategies, etc.
The objective of this workshop is to present state of the art research results in the rapidly growing area of web and online business security, with emphasizes on security, privacy, and trust issues. This workshop will provide the participants with opportunities to discuss and explore areas related to the Theory, Development, Applications, Experiences, and Evaluation of web security with fellow students, researchers, and practitioners.
