o Relative Sizing techniques to estimation your project.
? Planning and Monitoring a Project

o Monitoring Progress of your project ? sprint & release burndown
? Identifying the right Agile approach for your projects
Above sessions contains lectures and hands on exercises. A Backlog of questions from the class is collected and maintained thru out the class so that their real life problems are addressed during the class.

3) A glossary of terms that were covered during the class
