The Fourth International Conference on Smart IT Applications (SITA2012) will be held in Qingdao, China, at the Shandong University of Science and Technology. Authors are invited to submit papers describing advances and applications in communication, signal processing, robotics, computer vision, electric circuit and controls. Submission of papers in other related topics are also welcome.

Paper Submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit papers electronically via the system PaperPlaza found at http://sita.sdust.edu.cn. Paper templates and submission instructions will also be available at this site. Paper submissions are due by July 15, 2010 and should be no more than 8 pages in length.
