echo Art Fair, a juried fine art exposition, connects experienced collectors and first-time buyers with established and emerging local, regional and international artists in a centralized and creative environment.
echo Art Fair showcases a broad scope of fine-art disciplines, including painting, photography, sculpture, print, works on paper, video and mixed media.
The mission of the fair is to provide a platform for independent artists and galleries to present their work to a jury of contemporary art experts, and for galleries and artists to showcase and sell their work in one location. echo Art Fair highlights the vitality of the fine-art community in Buffalo, NY and the wider region.
In its first year, echo Art Fair attracted over 3,000 visitors to its one-day event. One hundred and ten artists and galleries submitted entries, from which 40 were selected. Ninety percent of the participants sold at least one artwork; 85% sold two artworks; and 40% sold three or more.
echo Art Fair is marketed nationally, and specifically targets audiences in Buffalo, Toronto, Rochester, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and New York City.
echo Art Fair features performance art, live music and concessions provided by local vendors. Admission is free.
