Wireless networks have driven a lot of novel applications, such as voice over wireless networks, public wireless LAN, digital learning, health care, medical emergency network, inventory control, etc. As social network service links people on the world together and provides them immediate communications as well as innovative applications, it has received much attention from sociology, anthropology, computer science, etc. It is anticipated that wireless and social networks will continue to play an important role in the future and to stimulate the creation of many interesting and novel applications. This workshop invites submissions of papers regarding all aspects of wireless and social networking.
