Students and Faculty of UGSM-Monarch Business School are invited to submit their research to the 2012 Western & Business Management (WBM) / Paris International Research Conference to be held October 5-6, 2012 in Paris France. The WBM research conferences are primarily designed to provide researchers a friendly and supportive environment where they may develop research ideas, build new connections, and discover contemporary ideas in the management disciplines.
The event is being held at the IBIS Paris Alesia Montparnasse Hotel & Conference center. This conference focuses on the following research topics:

D. Gender and Diversity

All submitted research is eligible for publication in any of the three Cabell’s listed peer-reviewed journals associated with this conference. We are especially looking for research on innovative teaching techniques for business classes as we will be having special journal issues on this topic.
