The 8th World Congress on Intelligent Control and Automation (WCICA 2010) will take place from July 7 to 9, 2010 in Jinan, China.
It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit your original research papers to the Congress. All accepted papers in the Proceedings
of WCICA 2010 will be published by IEEE and indexed by EI. WCICA 2010 also provides Best Paper Awards to honor the outstanding
