This webinar will help you understand the significant differences within the EU member states in relation to the way in which the Cookies laws within the 2009 E-Privacy Directive is being implemented and the challenges of complying with the Cookies law.

EU Directive 2009/136/EC amended Article 5(3) of the E-Privacy Directive and changed requirements from informed opt-out to informed opt-in. Subject to a very limited exception (the “strictly necessary”
cookies), the use of cookies will only be allowed if the user has given his consent after being provided with clear and comprehensive information about why his data is being tracked.
