The Revista de Sistemas de Informação da FSMA is the official journal for the Information Systems and Computer Engineering colleges at Faculdade Salesiana Maria Auxiliadora (FSMA-Macaé/RJ). It intends to publish new work that describe the state of the art of either theory or applications. We also welcome practical work that describe the interface between academia and industry.
The journal is published twice a year in electronic format and has three main submission trails:
Main track: : for articles whose main authors are professors, researchers and/or employees at public or private companies. In this trail, articles are limited to 20 pages.
Student track: for articles whose main authors are students at any level (graduate or undergraduate). In this trail, articles are limited to 10 pages.
Tutorial track: for tutorials that describe a relevant area of research in computer science. In this trail, tutorial must be complete, self-contained and educational, and articles must be limited to 30 pages.
The journal receives articles continuously, but only articles received up to August 31st will be considered for publication in our next issue.
Manuscripts can be submitted in either english or portuguese. The journal format is equivalent to the one adopted in IEEE publications and is available for download in the publication rules home page. All articles can be submitted as either Word of Latex files.
