Based on the success of ICETC 2009, ICETC 2010 will be held in Shanghai China during Jun 22-24, 2010. The aim objective of ICETC 2010 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Education and Computer Technology.
All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE, which will be included in the IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP.
