International E-Conference on Information Technology and Applications (IECITA 2012) is an international virtual forum for attendees to exchange information regarding advances in the state-of-the-art and application of information technology. The aim of IECITA 2012 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in IT. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences virtually, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. IECITA 2012 tries to bringing together thousands of brilliant minds to help create and develop the most innovative approaches, practices, and resources. We are going to establish a periodical event in the field of IT, and IECITA 2012 is our first step... The conference looks for significant contributions to all major fields of Information Technology in theoretical and practical aspects. It also offers an opportunity for younger researches and students to meet more experienced colleges from different parts of the world. The papers, whose high standard will be ensured by a qualified panel of international reviewers, will be published in the conference proceeding.
Proceeding of conference will be published in a special issue of "World Applied Programming" in a single PDF file.
Certificate and proceeding will be sent to registered authors.

Registration fees:
Regular Registration: 120 USD
Students Registration: 99 USD
2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. authors: 50% of first author fee (60 USD or 49 USD)
Abstract and full text access to papers will be available through IndexCopernicus. Also, authors' names will be added to IndexCopernicus database.
Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, surveying works and industrial experiences that describe significant advances in the different areas of IT and Computer Science.
Original, unpublished papers for presentation in the technical sessions of the conference are invited from researchers, academicians and professionals. Authors should use the templates as provided.

The maximum length of the paper is 9 pages (including figures and references). Extra pages are regarded with extra fee for each page.
The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers (such as authors' names or the title of the paper on each page, etc.). Acceptance of papers will be communicated to authors by email.
Accepted and registered papers will be included in the proceedings.
