On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate to the 23rd International ICFMH Symposium, FoodMicro 2012 which will be held from 3 to 7 September 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey.
Food Microbiology; together with its current status, applications and results, is an area and scientific environment which attracts the attention of almost all sections of the public and hence has extreme importance. It is closely related to topics like nutrition, health, legal regulations, trade and economy and plays a critical role in the establishment of food safety issues.
FoodMicro Congresses are among the most distinguished scientific meetings, where research and technological developments in the field are presented and in their highest level and shared with scientists from all over the world.
