This conference focuses on the latest research on "power system and green energy", and it is dedicated to promoting the exchange and discussion among scientists, scholars, researchers and engineers of power industry on the above topic. Thus, it will promote the development of power system and green energy.
2024 4th Power System and Green Energy Conference (PSGEC 2024) will be held in Holiday Inn shanghai Hongqiao· Shanghai, China during Aug. 22-24, 2024. 3) development of decision-making support for determination of the final optimal solution for the planning and operation of IESs under uncertainties, selected from the Pareto sets of the multi-objective optimization computation;
4) mechanism design for distributed IES to participate in the electricity market under various interest entities.

Prof. Z. Y. Dong
Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
Prof Z.Y. Dong (M’99-SM’06-F’17) is currently Singapore Power Group (SPG) Endowed Professor of Power Engineering, and Co-Director of SPG-NTU Joint Lab at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. His previous roles include SHARP Professor with the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia. He was the inaugural Director of UNSW Digital Grid Futures Institute, Director of ARC Research Hub for Integrated Energy Storage Solutions; and Ausgrid Chair Professor and Director of Ausgrid Centre for Intelligent Electricity Networks providing R&D support for the AU$500m Smart Grid, Smart City national demonstration project. His research interest includes power system planning, load modelling, smart grid, smart cities, energy market, renewable energy and its grid connection, and computational methods and their application in power system analysis. He has been serving as editor/associate editor of several IEEE transactions and IET journals. He is a Fellow of IEEE.
Prof. Fushuan Wen
Zhejiang University, China
Wen Fusan, professor and doctoral supervisor of Zhejiang University, director of the Institute of Electric Power Economy and Informatization of Zhejiang University, has won the special government subsidy of The State Council and the distinguished professor of "Pearl River Scholars" in Guangdong Province (concurrently from 2005 to 2010). He has served as a professor, visiting professor or visiting researcher at the National University of Singapore, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Hong Kong, University of New South Wales, Queensland University of Technology, Brunei University of Technology, University of Technology Denmark, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, Murdoch University, Australia. He is mainly engaged in the research work of power system fault diagnosis and system recovery, power economy and power market, smart grid and electric vehicles
Prof. Junyong Liu
Sichuan University, China
Professor Junyong Liu obtained his doctor degree at Brunel University of UK, 1998. Currently he is the professor of the collage of Electrical Engineering, Sichuan University. Liu’s academic activities mainly focus on power system analysis and control, power market, real-time operation and control for transmission and distribution systems. He published more than 200 journal and conference papers and finished 150 research or industrial projects for the practical usages as the leader of 30 professors and engineers. The developed theories and software technologies of real-time trading, dispatching, automatic summary morning meeting, visualization for large electricity companies have been widely used in more than 50 electricity companies such as Beijing, China Southern Electricity Company, Shanghai, Guangzhou, etc. He has co-published 7 books on power market and operation of power systems in Chinese
Prof. Qinghua Wu
South China University of Technology, China
Qing-Hua Wu received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Queens University of Belfast (QUB), Belfast, U.K., in 1987. He was a Research Fellow and subsequently a Senior Research Fellow at QUB from 1987 to 1991. In 1991, he joined the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Loughborough University, Loughborough, U.K., as a Lecturer, where subsequently, he was promoted as a Senior Lecturer. In September 1995, he joined the University of Liverpool, Liverpool, U.K., to take up his appointment to the Chair of Electrical Engineering at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. He is currently with the School of Electric Power Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, as a Distinguished Professor and the Director of the Energy Research Institute. He has authored or coauthored more than 540 technical publications, including 400 journal articles, 20 book chapters, and 6 research monographs published by Springer. His research interests include nonlinear adaptive control, modelling and optimization, mathematical morphology, artificial intelligence, systems on chip, and power system control and stability analysis. Life Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of IET.
Prof. Zhengtao Ding
The University of Manchester, UK
Zhengtao Ding received B.Eng. degree from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, and M.Sc. degree in systems and control, and the Ph.D. degree in control systems from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, Manchester, U.K. After working in Singapore for ten years, he joined the University of Manchester in 2003, where he is currently Professor of Control Systems, and the Head of Control and Robotics Group. He is the author of the book: Nonlinear and Adaptive Control Systems (IET, 2013), and a co-author of two other books, and has published over 300 research articles. His research interests include nonlinear and adaptive control theory and their applications, more recently on distributed optimization and distributed machine learning, with applications to power systems and robotics. Prof. Ding has served as the Subject Chef Editor of Nonlinear Control for Frontiers, and Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Control Systems Letters, and several other journals. He is a member of IEEE Technical Committee on Nonlinear Systems and Control, IEEE Technical Committee on Intelligent Control, and IFAC Technical Committee on Adaptive and Learning Systems.
Prof. Lin Cheng
Tsinghua University, China
Professor, Doctoral supervisor, IET Fellow, Senior Member of IEEE, CIGRE Member, Director of Planning and Design Research Center, Institute of Energy Internet Innovation, Tsinghua University, Assistant Director of State Key Laboratory of Electric Power System. He is mainly engaged in research and teaching in the fields of active distribution network planning and operation with power system reliability as the center, energy Internet planning and design, power system security analysis and wide-area control.
Dr. Guixiong He
China Electric Power Research Institute, China
Guixiong He, male, with a PhD in engineering, is a professor level senior engineer, an international energy efficiency evaluator, and the head of the "Integrated Energy System Simulation and Optimization Technology" team at the China Electric Power Research Institute. His main research direction is new technologies for integrated energy and electric hydrogen integration. In the past five years, as the project leader/research subject leader, he has undertaken more than 30 science and technology projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key R&D Program, and State Grid Corporation of China. He has published 22 papers, authorized 16 invention patents, led the drafting of 14 standards, authored 5 monographs, and won 12 provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress awards, 1 first prize for Chinese standard innovation, and 1 excellent patent award from State Grid Corporation of China.

Professor of North China Electric Power University, China. IEEE Senior Member. Prof. Wangs' research interest includes: 1. Power system prediction (power, load, price, quantity, dispatchable capacity, etc.); 2.
