If you are unable to attend the conference, you may still join the community and submit your article for peer review and possible publication, upload an online presentation, and enjoy subscriber access to the journal.

1. Medium of conference: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented in both English.
2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper): Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper (optional).
3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.
4. Ethical Standards: Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or the oretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behaviour is the most important virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is a completely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
5. Presentation Modes:
I. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – LIVE ZOOM
Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference.
Each Presenter will get 10 Minutes for their Presentation and 5 Minutes for Q&A Session.
Once a session has concluded, the video will be available on-demand for one month.
II. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – Pre-Recorded Video Option
This Option is for the Participants who would like to Record the Presentation and play it than Presenting Live at the Conference.
The Presenter can record the 10 Minutes Video Presentation and send it to us. (The Video should be 10 minutes or lesser.)
The Organizing Committee will play the Video in your Presentation Slot.
These presentations will be uploaded in the YouTube conference link or Slide Share link. So that conference participants will have access to all virtual presentations during and after the conference.
6. The criteria for the Best Oral Presentation Award are:
Clarity of submitted abstract
Importance of the work
Novelty of the work
Level of completion of the work
Uniqueness or originality of the research topic
Ability of the presenter to explain the work
We will select one best oral presentation and one poster presentation. The awards shall be announced during the conference at the end of conference, and the names of award winners will be published in conference News.
Paper Submission Guidelines
In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type.
Submitting an Abstract
The maximum word limit for the abstract is between 200 and 250 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All submissions must include a structured abstract, following the format outlined below. These four sub-headings and their accompanying explanations must always be included: 1. Purpose, 2. Design/methodology/approach, 3. Findings, 4. Originality
Your submission should be submitted in English.
Submitting a Paper
Manuscript should be contains minimum 4,000 words and should not exceed 8,000 words, Word count starts from introduction to start of references, excluding abstract, figures, tables, references, funding, footnotes, appendix and acknowledgements, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) format.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references.
Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proof-read by an English speaking person. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is not considered to be good enough for publication.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Please note that transaction costs must be borne by the participant and we should receive the full amount as mentioned below:
To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction you made along with the filled up registration form scanned copy before the last date of conference registration.
Delegates should bear the Service Charges (if any) of the bank on the Sender’s Side with registration fees.
Submit your Full paper for journal publication only after payment being confirmed by committee.
Registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case of not attending the conference or withdrawing the paper.

If you would like to publish in Scopus or WoS indexed journals, there will be additional charges. Please contact our coordinator for more information on these journals.
NOTE: Registration fees include conference admission, publication fees, and conference kits. Kindly make your payment in US dollars, and note that the payers bear full responsibility for all processing and handling fees. These charges will not be reflected on the payment invoice.

Selected participants will be invited for several scientific projects (such as joint paper writing, keynote speaker, workshop coach, reviewer, scientific committee, etc.)
N.B. : The registration fee is non-refundable. Paid amount can be used asa stored credit for any of our upcoming conferences.
Publication in Conference Proceedings
To have an accepted paper published in the conference proceedings, at least one author must pay the registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper.
Additionally, exceptional and competitive papers will be chosen for consideration to undergo double-blind review for publication in peer-reviewed journals that are indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and EBSCO.
Please be aware that the Academy does not necessarily endorse the content of any papers that have been accepted for presentation through the peer review process. However, if the papers meet our publication requirements, they will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Any claims made in any of the accepted papers for publication in the proceedings are not covered by the Academy. The proceedings' content, citations, grammar, theories, positions, and terminology are entirely the responsibility of the papers' authors.
Benefits of Participating
The Best Competitive Paper Award will come with a certificate, while several other papers will be recognized with Commendation Certificates for their quality. If your paper passes the peer review process and is presented at the conference, it will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which have a DOI & ISSN. Additionally, all participants will receive a printed "Book of Abstracts" that will be available on our website. Presenters will receive a signed Certificate of Membership and Participation, while non-presenters will receive a Certificate of Membership from the Academy. You will also have the chance to network with fellow attendees from various countries across the globe.
Note: Payment needs to be done after getting the Journal acceptance letter. Your acceptance will be cancelled and publication will be on hold if not done complete payment.
