It is our great pleasure to announce the sixth Global Conference on Power Control and Optimization PCO 2012, which will be held in Monte Carlo Hotel, Las Vegas, USA, from 6 ? 8 August, 2012. The conference is technically sponsored by Springer, Elsevier, Inderscience and AIP, and organized by the PCO Corporation (IPO285080), Malaysia 2008. The scope of the conference is contemporary and original research and educational development in the area of electrical power, control systems, computation, nanoscience, communications, biomedicine, and methods of optimization. Prospective authors from universities or institutes and industries are invited to submit an abstract and paper by email before the deadline. Papers should be submitted electronically, formatted in MS-Word, as per the PCO guidelines. All papers submitted before the deadline will be peer reviewed by independent specialists following guidelines similar to IEEE. The PCO-12 proceeding will be published online by American Institute of Physics AIP. Selected papers will be published by Elsevier, Springer, InderScience, Taylor Frances or in GJTO (Global Journal of Technology and Optimization).
Tutorial/Special Sessions/Workshop Proposal for holding tutorials/special sessions, and workshop are invited from prospective authors, industrial bodies and academicians and should be sent to the conference Chair. The program committee is currently looking for financial sponsors from academia, industry, publishers, and professional bodies.

Conference Fee
The early registration fee is US$ 500.00 for all participants, while late registration is US$ 650. This includes attendance for the three days of the Conference, a program booklet, a CD of the proceedings, tea breaks, and a banquet dinner. The fee is discounted by US$ 150 for students or those accompanying a participant. The registration form must be submitted before the deadline to: pcoglobal-AT-gmail.com. Each accepted abstract or paper must be presented by one of the authors after paying the necessary fee.
