Introduction:
CONF-SEML is an annual international event aiming to gather researchers and scholars worldwide to present their research works, share inspirations, and form collaborations. This conference focuses on machine learning in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and other information technology areas. We hope to bring together theoretical developments and applications in relevant fields and encourage practitioners to provide new methods and insights to address challenges. CONF-SEML would work as an international platform for communication, discussion, and cooperation.

The paper accepted by CONF-SEML 2023 will be published in conference proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI), Crossref, CNKI, DOAJ, Inspec, Scopus, Google Scholar, and other databases for indexing.
