This meeting will provide a scientific forum to address key scientific issues, gaps in knowledge and an opportunity to identify priorities for future action.
Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my pleasure to cordially welcome you to participate in the 1st International and 4th National Science Symposium on HIV and Infectious Diseases, to be held on 20-22 January 2012 at the Vigyan Auditorium, CSIR campus, Taramani, Chennai. "HIV SCIENCE 2012" builds on the grand successes of the HIV SCIENCE 2008, 2009 & 2010 as national events, offering expanded scientific program.
This symposium brings together leading national and international faculty / experts to provide an update on the various aspects of HIV and other infectious diseases that include sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis and viral hepatitis. All presented abstracts in the symposium will be published in PubMed indexed journal, BMC Infectious Diseases.
I am sure, this 3-day symposium will provide a stimulating scientific environment and form a platform for the participants to exchange ideas, establish research collaboration and networking in the field of infectious diseases.
Chennai is a coastal city with the second longest beach in the world. Hope you will have the opportunity to see some beautiful sites of Chennai during your stay here.
