About 20 accepted papers will be published by the special issues on Journal
of Computers (EI Compendex, ISSN 1796-203X), Journal of software (EI
Compendex, ISSN 1796-217X), Journal of Multimedia (EI Compendex, ISSN
1796-2048), Journal of Networks(EI Compendex, ISSN : 1796-2056)

Will be be published by Academy Publisher, Finland and will also submitted
for indexing to IEE INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISTP,DBLP.

Original papers on all aspects of Information Technology and Security are
solicited for submission to ISNNS 2009. Areas of interest include, but are

*Paper Submission*

ISNNS 2009 Workshops Proceeding will be published by Academy Publishers,
Finland (Book and CD). Proceedings will be sent to major indexing systems
including EI Compendex, INSPEC, and ISTP.

ISNNS 2009 invites authors to submit original and unpublished work. Papers
should not exceed 6 pages of text using 10-point size type on 8.5 x 11 inch
paper (*Word Template <http://www.wcse.org.cn/isip_files/Proceeding.doc>*).
All submitted papers (in PDF) should be written in English. Each paper will
be peer-reviewed. Submission implies the willingness of at least one of the
authors to register the work. ISNNS 2009 Papers should be submitted to the

*Registration Fees*

Early Oral session registration fee: $ 350 RMB 2200 before Oct. 5, 2009*

Early Poster session registration Fee: $ 200 or RMB 1300 before Oct. 5,
2009*

*Oral session registration includes one copy of the conference book
proceeding, opening reception, coffee/tea breaks, conference lunches, the
conference dinner banquet. The poster session registration fee includes one
copy of the conference book proceeding,does not include the conference
lunches and the conference dinner. There is no difference of paper in ISIP
2009 Workshops proceedings of Oral session registration and Poster session
registration.
