CM 2012 - 9th International Conference on Contact Mechanics and Wear of Rail/Wheel Systems CM2012

9th International Conference on Contact Mechanics and Wear of Rail/Wheel Systems CM2012 is a scientific event with the aim of stimulating contacts between scientists, practitioners and consultants who are active in the area of Contact Mechanics, including wheel/rail interface problems, vehicle/track interaction and noise. The CM conference series commenced in Vancouver Canada in 1982 and since then has been held in USA (1986), England (1990), Canada (1994), Japan (2000), Sweden (2003), Australia (2006), and Italy (2009). The symposia have contributed greatly to the increased understanding of many problems in contact mechanics and wear of rail/wheel systems.

CM 2012 will be held at State Key Laboratory of Traction Power (TPL), Southwest Jiaotong University (SWJTU) in Chengdu under the Chairmanship of Professor Weihua Zhang.
