ICM2012 Program Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee and assigned to appropriate oral or poster sessions. If your abstract(s) is(are) accepted for the presentation at the ICM2012, we encourage you to submit your full manuscript(s) for publication in JKPS(Journal of the Korean Physical Society) or JOM(Journal of Magnetics) by April 30, 2012.
Abstract submission guidelines and requirements:
1. All abstracts must be submitted electronically, using the link found at the ICM2012 website only. Abstracts submission
via e-mail, fax, or regular mail will not be acceptable and acknowledged.
2. Abstracts must be written in clear English and submitted prior to the January 31, 2012. This deadline will be strictly
enforced.
3. Abstracts should be 150 words or less, and are limited by the submission system. Figures and tables are not permitted.
Titles, authors, addresses, and references will not be counted in the 150 word limit.
4. Read and follow submission procedures, which will be available at each step of the process. If you have questions about
this procedure, please contact the ICM2012 Secretariat at icm-AT-icm2012.org.
5. Acronyms of institution names are acceptable. Be sure to type your FIRST and then LAST names in the assigned boxes.
Write down a clear and accurate e-mail address of the corresponding author and provide all other information requested
on the electronic form. This e-mail address will be used to notify you of the acceptance and the location of informational
materials.
6. The web submission system will automatically produce your abstract in the proper format for publication in the Abstract
Book. You may copy and paste your abstract, without formatting or TeX characters, into the space provided at the
website. Use upper and lower case characters. Do not use all upper case.
7. Authors may further edit and modify the submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
8. Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent via e-mail. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation
after you submit abstracts. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, your abstract is not submitted. If you are sure
you have submitted, check the e-mail address that you typed with your information.
9. Notification of abstract acceptance will be announced via e-mail by February 29, 2012.
10. Once the Conference Program is finalized, the abstracts will appear online at the conference website in a fully
searchable format.
