Overview
Following the traditions of previous successful NPC conferences, NPC-09 (Gold Coast, Australia), NPC-10 (Zhengzhou, China), and NPC-11 (Changsha, Hunan, China). The objective of the 9th IFIP International Conference on Network and Parallel Computing (NPC 2012) is to establish an international forum for engineers and scientists to present their excellent ideas and experiences in all system fields of network and parallel computing.

Submission Guidelines
Papers must strictly adhere to page limits as follows.
- Full Paper: 8 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost)
- Regular Paper: 6 pages (Max 2 extra pages allowed at additional cost)
Papers exceeding the page limits will be rejected without review.
A submitted paper must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 10 pages in LNCS style, including tables and figures, and must be formatted in PDF format. You can find the LNCS formatting information on http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-.... Submission of a paper entails a commitment that, if the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work.
