Topics/Call fo Papers

SORMA West 2012 invites abstracts on all aspects of ionizing radiation measurements, including detectors, sources, spectroscopy, signal processing, data analysis, and facilities. Applications in astronomy, basic science, biomedicine, dosimetry, environmental measurements, non-destructive examination, treaty verification, and other related topics are encouraged. Review the list of suggested topics to see how your research aligns with the goals of SORMA. The deadline for abstracts will be announced here soon, and the abstract submittal website will be opened in late 2011.
SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT AND PDF SUPPORTING MATERIAL

The path to the SORMA West 2012 program starts with submittal of a 500-word abstract plus one or two pages of supporting material in PDF. The committee uses the PDF supporting material to make acceptance decisions and lay out the program.
Detailed instructions will be posted here when the abstract submittal site is opened.

Please submit and present only materials that are cleared for release?no classified documents (even at the "sensitive" or "for official use only" levels) or corporate-confidential materials.
