Nowadays Green Networking and Green Computing are very hot research topics. The former belongs to the networking research areas and the latter is closely related to the distributed computing paradigm.
International Workshop on Green Networking and Green Computing focuses on all the aspects around the latest research about Green Networking and Green Computing, and will be held in conjunction with ICDCN 2012, which is a premier international conference dedicated to addressing advances in Distributed Computing and Communication Networks. Over the years, ICDCN has become a leading forum for disseminating the latest research results in these fields.
The workshop encourages submissions on, but not limited to:

? Green networking protocols and algorithms
? Green computing architecture
? Green software
? Green resource management
? Green wireless network architectures and communication protocols
? Green network design for ubiquitous computing
? Green applications by wireless communications
? Energy-efficient wireless access networks
? Energy-efficient mobile and wireless networks
? Energy-efficient network services and applications
? Energy-efficient protocols and applications for sensor networks
? Energy-efficient protocols and applications for vehicular networks
? Energy-efficient wireless transmission technologies
? Energy management in wireless communication networks
Workshop Duration: 1 day.
Submission Instructions: Please follow the ICDCN2012 paper formats, which is Springer LNCS style.

All accepted papers of the workshop will be included in the ICDCN 2012 conference proceedings, which will be published by Springer as LNCS series.
