Prospective authors are invited to submit full length paper electronically on above topic or any other concern on Systems, Man and Cybernetics. All submitted papers will undergo review process & accepted papers will appear in the conference proceeding only if one of the author registered for the conference and presents the paper at the confernce.

Extended version of some of the selected Papers will be published in Special issues of Refereed International Journals.
