This Second International Conference on Evacuation Modeling and Management brings together researchers dealing with the development of theory, models and (simulation) tools to explain, predict, and control dynamic traffic flow operations in case of emergency evacuation. The objective is to synthesize knowledge and insights from the fields of traffic flow theory, behavioral modeling, emergency psychology, and systems and (optimal) control. We kindly invite researchers from the various fields to share their expertise in this new research stream in transportation network dynamics.
