IACNAP 2013 - Interdisciplinary Applications of Complex Networks: Advancing Perspectives
Topics/Call fo Papers
Book Description: (will be published by IGI Global, 701 E. Chocolate Avenue, Hershey PA 17033-1240, USA, Tel: 717.533-8845; Fax: 717.533-8661,jtravers-AT-igi-global.com.
Editor:
Dr. Zeraoulia Elhadj, Department of Mathematics, University of Tébessa, (12002), Algeria. E-mail: zeraoulia-AT-mail.univ-tebessa.dz and zelhadj12-AT-yahoo.fr.
This book will be composed of papers presenting a perspective underlying the thematics and strategies related to the complex networks and their real-world interdisciplinary apllications in modern sciences, in particular, physical sciences and also human behavior, both individual and social. This collection of selected papers will provide a comprehensive view on some models and applications of complex networks in medicine, biology, ecology, economy, electronics, mechanical and human sciences…etc. The papers, written by many of the leading experts in the field, will cover both the experimental and theoretical aspects of the subject. This volume presents a variety of fascinating topics of current interest and problems arising in the study of both discrete and continuous time complex networks systems modeling the several phenomena in nature and society. Exciting techniques stemming from the area of nonlinear complex networks systems theory are currently being developed to meet these challenges.
Interdisciplinary Applications of Complex Networks: Advancing Perspectives is devoted to setting an agenda for future research in this exciting and challenging field.
Readership: Advanced undergraduates and graduate students in natural and human sciences and engineering such as physics, chemistry, biology or bioinformatics…etc; academics and practitioners in nonlinear physics and in various other areas of potential application; researchers, instructors, mathematicians, nonlinear scientists and electronic engineers interested in chaos, nonlinear dynamics and dynamical systems and all interested in nonlinear sciences.
