ICFHR 2012 - 13th International Conference on Frontiers in Handwriting Recognition

It is our pleasure to announce the 2012 International Conference on Frontiers in Handwriting Recognition (ICFHR-2012) that have been established as a natural continuation of the ten IWFHRs (Montreal 1990,Chateau de Bonas-'91, Buffalo-'93, Taipei-'94, Colchester-'96, Taejon-'98, Amsterdam-2000, Niagara on the Lake-'02, Tokyo-'04, La Baule-'06) and of the first two ICFHRs (Montreal-'08 and Kolkata-'10). This time the Conference will take place on September 18-20, 2012, in Bari, Italy. The ICFHR series provide a forum for researchers in the areas of on-line and off-line handwriting recognition, pen-based interface systems, form processing, handwritten-based digital libraries, web document access and retrieval.
