Topics/Call fo Papers
2012 IEEE International Instrumentation and Measurement Technology Conference
“Smart Measurements for a Sustainable Environment”
The conference focuses on research, development and applications in the field of instrumentation and measurement science and technology. The conference also includes Industrial Tracks reflecting current opportunities for the mutually beneficial fusion of basic research and industrial applications. These tracks are highlighted by Keynote Presentations and are thematically coupled with Tutorials on May 13th.On May 10th and May 11th, a satellite workshop entitled “Image Based Measurement” will be held in Sopron, Hungary (around 180 km from Graz), offering the opportunity for participants to further deepen their relations and expertise in this research field.
A Student Paper Contest will be held for both graduate and undergraduate student papers, with cash awards for the best papers and travel subsidies depending on the student’s location.
Prospective authors are invited to submit extended abstracts. The abstract should report on original research results of theo¬retical or applied nature and should explain the significance of the contribution to the corresponding research field.
Please see the Call For Papers for specific paper topics of the conference and the author instructions for paper submission instructions and guidelines.
