All papers for the BCPS2012 will be published in the IPEDR (ISSN: 2010-4626) as one volume, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by EBSCO, WorldCat, Google Scholar, CNKI, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory and sent to be reviewed by ISI Proceedings. About 10 papers selected from registered ones will be published in the International Journal of Social Science and Humanity (IJSSH, ISSN: 2010-3646) free of charge.
