In 2008, she graduated from North Central College with her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Manager and Accounting. In 2010, she began her career at Cornerstone Services, Inc. as their HR Manager. While working full-time and raising her son she earned her Master’s degree in Manager and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University in 2013, as well as earned her PHR certificate and SHRM-CP certificate.
