With the approach of the 3G schedules, the development and the conformity of the mobile commerce industry chain will be accelerated, and will enrich the applications. The applications we can anticipate now including the mobile payment, mobile ERP, mobile stock market, mobile bank, mobile office, and so on. It can realize the personal information management (PIM), bank operation, business, shopping, location-based service, entertainment, and so on. The mobile electronic commerce will be the development trend of the electronic commerce. The 2nd International Workshop on M-Electronic Commerce Technology and Applications (WMCTA 2009) will be held in Cairo, Egypt during September 18-20, 2009. The workshop aims to discuss the current status and the future development of the mobile electronic commerce technology, and will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
All full paper submissions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program. The accepted full papers will be published in the WMCTA 2009 Proceeding. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf) will be accepted only by Online Submission System, and .pdf and .doc will be accepted by E-mail: wmcta-AT-vip.163.com.
