لم يختلف المفكرون والعلماء في تاريخ المعرفة الإنسانية على قضية كما اختلفوا على إشكالية الإنسان، فإذا درست ماضيه سُميت (علم التاريخ)، وإذا تناولت علاقاته مع محيطه كانت (علم اجتماع)، وإذا بحثت سلوك الفرد ووعيه أضحت (علم نفس)، وإذا كان موضوعها رعاية الأفراد وتنشئتهم أصبحت (علم التربية)
Scholars and scientists have not argued about anything in the history of human knowledge as much as they did about the problem of man, were studying his past became “History,” and studying his relationships with his peers became “Sociology,” and studying his own behaviour became “Psychology,” and studying his raising others became “Education.”
ومما لا شك فيه أن العلوم الإنسانية ومنها التربوية وجدت بوجود الإنسان وتطورت بتطوره، فالأمر لا يقتصر على توسع موضوعاتها التي أغنت بها ميادين المعرفة الإنسانية بقضايا لم تعرفها سابقاً، بل الأهم هو التطور الجوهري الكبير الذي أبدعه الإنسان في تطوير مناهج دراسة الموضوعات المختلفة للعلوم الإنسانية التي استفادت بشكل كبير من مناهج العلوم الطبيعية الدقيقة أيضاً
وشهد القرن الماضي ثورة منهجية في العلوم الإنسانية ليس على صعيد النتائج الدقيقة والعلمية التي تنشدها المنهجيات الجديدة فحسب، إنما أيضاً في الموضوعات الإنسانية المستجدة التي فرضتها الحياة المعاصرة، مثل: العولمة، الهوية، وصراع الحضارات، مستقبل العلاقات الإنسانية في ظل التكنولوجيا، وصولاً إلى المشكلات الإنسانية والاجتماعية والنفسية التي أحدثها ظهور فيروس كورونا في نهايات العقد الثاني من القرن الواحد والعشرين
It is inarguable that humanistic sciences existed by the existence of man and developed along with his development since the goal is not only expanding its fields that enriched human knowledge with new materials, but rather the drastic development that man has achieved while creating and developing the topics of said fields, aided largely by natural science fields.
وبعد النجاح الكبير والسمعة الطيبة التي حققها هذا المؤتمر بنسخه الأولى والثانية تنظم جامعة بتليس آران الحكومية التركية Bitlis Eren Üniversitesi بالتعاون مع أكاديمية ريمار Rimar academy التركية المؤتمر العلمي الدولي الثالث للأبحاث الإنسانية والتربوية بنظام المشاركة حضورياً في إسطنبول وأيضاً عن نظام إلقاء البحث عن بعد، أيام 02–03 -04/ فبراير – شباط/ 2022
The last century witnessed a systematic revolution in the humanistic sciences, not only in terms of the precise scientific results sought by new methodologies, but also in the form of the emerging humanistic issues imposed by contemporary life, such as globalisation, identity, culture clashes, the future of human relations in light of technology, and the humanitarian, social, and psychological problems caused by the emergence of Corona Virus at the end of the second decade of the twenty-first century.
Thus, the University of Bitlis Eren, along with Rimar Academy, have organised The III.International Congress of Humanities and Educational Researches, with in-person attendance in Istanbul and online teleconference 2th-4th of February 2022.
وتدعو إدارة المؤتمر جميع المهتمين من باحثين وأكاديميين، وأساتذة جامعيين، وعلماء، وكل المهتمين بحقل الدراسات الإنسانية والتربوية المعاصرة للمشاركة في هذا المؤتمر الذي يوفر فرصة المساهمة في تقديم رؤى وتصورات علمية جديدة تستجيب للحاجة الملحة التي فرضتها القضايا المستحدثة في المجتمع الإنساني المعاصر، وهذا لا يتحقق إلا في إطار علاقة تشابكية تفاعلية يقودها عقل الفريق البحثي الذي تحاول إدارة المؤتمر المساهمة في صناعته
The event organisers extend their invitation to all scholars, academics, university professors, scientists, and all who are interested in the fields of humanistic sciences and contemporary studies to attend the event, providing a chance to contribute with new scientific views in response to the emerging contemporary humanistic issues in the modern society. The goal of this event can only be achieved through communication between the participants, lead by the head of the research team that the event organisers are trying to create.
