二、大会主席
岳清瑞 中国工程院院士
工程结构专家，北京科技大学城镇化与城市安全研究院院长，深圳市城市公共安全技术研究院首席科学家，兼任中国钢结构协会会长、中国复合材料工业协会副会长、住建部建筑工程抗震设防专家委员会主任、工程结构监测国家标准工作组名誉组长、应急管理部专家委员会委员及《工业建筑》编委会主任及《钢结构（中英文）》Steel Construction 编委会副主任委员、主编等，长期担任国家科技部社会发展、新材料、科技平台等领域专家。 长期从事工程结构诊治、高性能结构材料和城市公共安全的理论研究、技术开发、标准编制、工程应用和产业化工作，在工业建构筑物结构可靠性检测评价、结构加固改造修复、纤维复材等高性能结构材料土木工程应用、城镇化与城市安全保障等方面取得了一系列创新成果。 主持完成国家级各类研发项目10余项，主持编制20余部国家及行业标准，获国家科学技术进步二等奖3项。
