2022 7th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE 2022) will be held online from April 15 to 17, 2022, which is Co-organized by Hangzhou Dianzi University and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), technically sponsored by IEEE PES, IEEE PES Chongqing Chapter, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Auckland University of Technology, Tianjin University, Wuhan University, Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering, Sichuan Electric Power Technology, Global Energy Interconnection, technically supported by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Media supported by Journals Center, China Electric Power Research Institute, MDPI-Sensors, MDPI-Energies.
●Publication & Indexing
1) Accepted and presented papers will be included into The Conference Proceeding of ACPEE 2022(ISBN: 978-1-6654-1819-5). The conference proceedings will be submitted to Ei Compendex, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.
2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international SCI, EI indexed journals as follows:

Dr Hai Bin Wan received his PhD from Bath University UK in 1997. He joined National Grid UK in 1997, working on R&D, planning and system operations. Since 2009, he has been working for State Grid Corporation of China in different areas, Deputy Chief Engineer of State Grid International Development Company, Deputy Director General of State Grid European Office, CTO of National Energy Network Company of Portugal, Deputy Director General of Global Energy Interconnection Office of State Grid, Director General of Development Division of Global Energy Interconnection Group Ltd.,Director General of Media Division of Global Energy Interconnection Group Ltd.
Prof. Hsiao-Dong Chiang, Cornell University, USA
IEEE Fellow, He is currently a professor in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Cornell University. Dr. Chiang is the founder of Bigwood Systems, Inc. (BSI), Ithaca, NY and Global Optimal Technology, Inc., Ithaca, NY. He was on the editorial board of both IEEE Japan and of the journal Electric Power Components and Systems. Professor Chiang's research effort is focused on both theoretical developments and practical applications. Particular areas include nonlinear system theory, nonlinear computations and their practical applications to electric circuits, systems, signals and images.
Prof. Mladen Kezunovic, Texas A&M University, USA
He is the Principal of XpertPower Associates, a consulting firm specializing in power systems data analytics for the last 30 years. His expertise is in protective relaying, automated power system disturbance analysis, computational intelligence, data analytics, and smart grids. He has authored over 650 papers and 10 books and book chapters, given over 120 seminars, invited lectures, and short courses, and consulted for over 50 companies worldwide. Dr. Kezunovic is an IEEE Life Fellow, and a CIGRE Fellow, Honorary and Distinguished Member. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas
Prof. San Shing Choi, Queensland University of Technology, Australia
After relocating to Australia in April 2014, he takes on the position of Adjunct Professor of Curtin University of Technology, Perth and Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane. In this new role, he continues to supervise graduate students. His research interests include power system control, renewable energy and energy storage systems. He was the recipient of the IEE Sebastian Z.D. Ferranti Premium for the 1989/90 session, the IEEE Power Engineering Society Surge Protective Devices Committee High Interest Paper Award 2004 and the Best Paper Award of the 2011 IEEE Conference on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Asia, ISGT, Perth, Australia.
Assoc. Prof. Ioannis Lestas, University of Cambridge, UK
Ioannis Lestas is an Associate Professor at the University of Cambridge, Department of Engineering and Fellow of Clare College. He has a PhD from Cambridge in Control Theory, which he completed as a Gates Scholar and Trinity College Research Scholar. He was elected to a Junior Research Fellow of Clare College, Cambridge and was awarded a five year Royal Academy of Engineering Research Fellowship. He is also the recipient of a five year ERC starting grant. His work has been published in the leading journals in control theory, power systems and smart grids, and in high impact factor journals like Nature.
