This webinar will concentrate on what is considered sexual harassment as well as covering other types of harassment in the workplace. It will review the laws protecting employees from harassment and the recourses employees have.

It will define who is covered and describe the two main kinds of sexual harassment in the workplace. It will cover what should be in an effective Harassment policy, how it should be communicated, and who is held responsible for assuring compliance. Also included is handling complaints, documenting charges and conduct and addressing any situation that may be construed as harassment.
