Overview:
Have you ever been told that you're not a good listener? Even if you think you are, you can likely admit that you need to improve your listening skills. We all can.
Listening and hearing are different skills. We need to be able to listen to what is being said and what isn’t being said. Add in the non-verbal cues, interpret intention, distractions, and bad skills and we've got a lot to learn.
Active listening is not a natural skill for most people. This course will explain and show you how to improve your listening, improve your relationships, and improve your reputation.
