Purpose & Scope
---------------
The 19th International Conference on Computer Theory and Applications
(ICCTA 2009) will
be organized by the Computer Scientific Society (CSS) in cooperation with
IEEE
organization ?Alexandria subsection. The purpose of ICCTA 2009 is to serve
as a
multi-disciplinary forum for the exchange of information on research,
development, and
applications of all topics related to computer theory and its
applications. ICCTA 2009
provides opportunities for researchers, specialists and vendors of
Information Technology
to get together and exchange ideas and expertise.

ICCTA 2009 is sponsored by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and
Maritime
Transport (AASTMT), and its sessions will take place in Sheraton
EL-Montazah Hotel -
Alexandria - Egypt.

The official language of the conference is the English language.
Electronic paper
Submission is available from the conference website at
http://iccta.aast.edu/signup.php.
Alternatively, you can send a hard copy of the paper along with an
electronic copy in PDF
format (in IEEE double column format http://iccta.aast.edu/authorkit.pdf)
to the
conference correspondence.
Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings
conditional upon advance
registration and presentation of the paper by at least one of the authors.
Acceptance
will be based on a rigorous peer review process.

Paper Submission Deadline: May 30, 2009
Paper Acceptance Notification: July 30, 2009
Camera Ready Submission: August 30, 2009
Registration Fees
------------------
CSS members LE 650
Non CSS members LE 800
Foreigners US $400
Fees cover attending sessions, proceedings CD, lunches, and coffee breaks
for the period
of the conference. Fees are for the first accepted paper. A discounted
registration fee
is available for extra papers by the same author.
Accommodation
--------------
The conference offers accommodation for participants at a reduced rate in
Sheraton
El-Montazah hotel, ideally located by the Mediterranean Sea. Hotel
reservation will be
through our website before October 5th, 2009.
