Overview: Creating an effective Product recall process that will protect both the consumer and company's/brand's reputation requires careful planning and active involvement of each involved department.

This course will describe and provide the guidelines on how to develop an effective product recall/recovery plan; help the participants understand product recovery vs. product recall and its classification and provide examples of recent product recall and foodborne illness investigation that leads to product recall.
