Charles Bennett has spent more than 20 years in consulting companies and software houses, shaping, advising and delivering ? “big ticket” change programs. He is a regularly requested speaker at conferences and exchange summits and has had a number of papers in advanced performance change published. Also a speaker and participated on ‘panel of experts’ at conferences and published subject matter papers.
This two days workshop will be great primer for beginners and will provide new insight & fresh ideas for people with experience in BPM and will lead to Certification as a Certified Process Professional (CPP) Levels 1 and 2 (practitioner and professional)
