●Confirmed Speaker
Prof. Yongping Li, Beijing Normal University, China
Yongping Li is a Professor at Beijing Normal University, China. Her research interests involve in energy and environmental systems analysis, environmental pollution control, water resources management, and decision making under uncertainty. She has produced over 350 peer-refereed international journal papers (with an SCI-based H-index of 40 in Science Citation Index under Thomson Reuters’ Web of Science), and supervised over 70 Master/PhD students. She has been continuously selected as a highly cited scholar in the field of “environmental science” (by Elsevier) since 2013.
Prof. Xi Chen, Tianjin University, China
Dr Xi Chen is Professor of School of Earth System Science at Tianjin University. His research is mainly focused on watershed hydrological and ecohydrological modeling, surface water and groundwater interactions and climate change impacts on hydrological cycle and water resources. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed journal papers and proceedings, among which over 100 are in the international hydrological literatures.
Dr. Renfei Feng, Canadian Light Source, Saskatoon, Canada
Dr Renfei Feng is a Senior Scientist and Beamline Responsible, in charge of a hard X-ray microprobe facility at the Canadian Light Source – the national synchrotron research center in Canada. He is a recognized expert in synchrotron X-ray science, and holds Adjunct Professor in University of Saskatchewan and other three universities in Canada and China. His current research interests focus on Synchrotron Instrumentation and Applications, including the techniques of X-Ray spectroscopies, imaging, diffraction, and their applications in environmental, energy, materials, and life sciences.
