BACKGROUND
Following the success of three National Horticulture conferences, the National Horticulture Conference 2011 (NHC) will be held in Malacca, on October 18-20, 2011 to deliberate issues on large scale production of horticultural crops.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
The scientific programme will consist of 6 sessions:
1.Challenges and changes for horticulture in the 10th Malaysia Plan
2.Plant improvement programme
3.Sustainable crop production
4.Pest and pesticide management
5.Post harvest handling and food quality for market expansion
6.Fresh produce marketing-New challenges and opportunities
CALL FOR PAPERS/POSTERS
Participant are invited to contribute paper for the conference.
Dateline for abstract and full paper submittion : 30th August 2011
