OVERVIEW
Fairness in the workplace is critical for teams and organizations success. Many conflicts employee and employer conflicts resonate from perceptions of fairness and justice within the workplace. If such conflicts go unchecked, it can create added costs in absenteeism, healthcare, poor work ethic and work product, turnover, and law suits and legal expenses. Additionally many employers see fairness tied to wages and money, but in this session we will challenge this myth and show the root causes of perceptions of unfairness in organizations.
