The 2020 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) will be held physically in Taipei as scheduled from 7 to 11, December 2020. The organizing team is closely monitoring the development of the COVID-19 situation. In case of travel restrictions that prohibit author's physical appearance, video presentation will be accepted as an alternative form of presentation. We all look forward to visiting the picturesque city of Taipei in December.
Themed “Communications for Human and Machine Intelligence,” IEEE GLOBECOM 2020, will feature a comprehensive high-quality technical program and an attractive industry program with keynotes and panels from prominent research, industry and government leaders, and exhibits.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation and publication. Accepted and presented technical papers will be published in the IEEE GLOBECOM 2020 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
