【IEEE HotICN 2020】2020 3rd IEEE International Conference on Hot Information-Centric Networking will be on December 12-14, 2020, in Institute of Advanced Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China.
The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of IEEE HotICN 2020. The HotICN aims to gather experts and scholars from home and abroad in this field to discuss the architecture, key technologies, innovative ideas, future development trends and industry prospects of information centric networks and its related fields such as space-ground integrated network, network intelligence and testbed, blockchain, etc.

All accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings by IEEE, which will be submitted for EI, Scopus, CNKI index. Excellent papers may be selected and published on SCI or EI journals.
Excellent papers will be recommended to Journal of Communications and Information Networks (JCIN) or to Journal of Science and Technology of China (JUST). JCIN is the top-level Chinese Journal recommended by China Institute of Communications, which is currently included in IEEE xplore and CSCD.
