In transition societies, cutting the ties with processes of central control in institutional politics, economics and people governance and to move into empowering of individuals, groups, communities, and organisations is not an easy task.
Successes stories and narrative accounts from around the world, how some societies fared well and continue to

We believe such accounts, papers academic and practitioner perspectives will generate parallel thinking and assist in building a parallel processes for collaborative working around the world.
? How has the world responded so far?
? How has the region responded so far?
? What strengths baaed accounts exist of transitions around the world?
To understand best practice in transition, the conference invites case studies from countries that have transformed from previously distinctive political orientations. For example Nepal, Rwanda, and also as key speakers Sri Lanka.
As influential leaders in their respective fields, the nominated participants will take connections, skills and new ideas back to their respective fields of endeavour and broader communities. The International Conference is hearing ASSET BASED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Strategies, Solution focussed strategies and Entrepreneurship case studies that are transportable from one geographical space to another.
Given a variety of approaches to study social change and cause social change in transition countries reviewing practicing skills to enhance in each of these areas is an important area in this conference.. Deploying peoples' personal strengths to aid their recovery and empowerment- this is the crux of this conference. We are looking for empowering alternatives to traditional methods with individuals, group or organizational work.
