Call for Papers, Tutorials, and Special Tracks
The 15th International Symposium on Visual Computing (ISVC’20) will take place in San Diego, California, USA, October 5-7, 2020. ISVC provides a common forum for researchers, scientists, engineers and practitioners to present their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications in visual computing. In particular, ISVC seeks papers contributing to the state of the art and practice in the four main areas of visual computing: (1) computer vision, (2) computer graphics, (2) visualization and (4) virtual reality. Of special interest are papers that combine ideas from two or more areas. More details can be found on the ISVC website.
The symposium will consist of invited and contributed presentations dealing with all aspects of visual computing. In addition, it will include six keynote presentations, several tutorials, special tracks, and poster sessions. The symposium's proceedings are published by Springer-Verlag in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. Information on abstracting and indexing of the LNCS series can be found on the ISVC website. A "best paper” award will be sponsored by Springer-Verlag and industry.

Attendance
ISVC is a premier forum for presenting and discussing current research in visual computing. At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the symposium registration, attend the symposium in person, and present the paper. If none of the authors of a paper can attend the symposium and present their paper(s) due to unforeseen reasons, they should contact the steering committee chair to make substitute arrangements. Video or Skype presentations are not acceptable and any papers not presented at the conference without a valid reason will be withdrawn from the symposium proceedings.
