OVERVIEW
Are you prepared for a workplace incident? Do you know what to do when a problem strikes and you have to assess the situation and act quickly? In this presentation, attendees will review how they should conduct workplace investigations including the questions that they should ask to both the accused person and the complainant, the steps that every investigation should follow, how to assess the evidence, examples of particularly difficult cases including cases involving disabilities and sexual harassment, and much more.
