Speaker Profile
Janelle Brittain, MBA, CSP spent 9 years in healthcare management, consulting and training, where she wrote and published 4 healthcare books. After working in the hi-tech world, Janelle founded the Dynamic Performance Institute, LLC in 1989. He she has worked with over 50 healthcare companies and organizations, such as VA Medical Center-Michigan, Abbott, Medtronic, Amgen, Children's Memorial Hospital-Chicago and College of American Pathologists.
As an internationally known trainer, speaker, facilitator and Executive Coach, she has helped over 300 clients from Fortune 100 companies to healthcare organizations, to professional associations, to entrepreneurial companies in leadership, team building, managing change, developing management and performance management.
She is the author of six published books, four in healthcare and two recently published business books: Star Team Dynamics: 12 Lessons Learned from Experienced Team Builders and How to Say It: Performance Reviews. She has also produced a training film and a number of CD's.
