5th International Conference on Automation, Control and Robotics Engineering (CACRE 2020), which is in conjunction with the 5th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics ( ICAIR 2020), co-organized by Dalian Maritime University and Hong Kong Society of Mechanical Engineers(HKSME), sponsored by IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), Georgia Institute of Technology and Sichuan University, technical supported by Fudan University. The conference will be held at Dalian, China from Sept. 18-20, 2020. The CACRE has been held for four years since 2016, attracting scholars and students from all over the world. The CACRE 2020 Conference will provide a wonderful forum for you to update your knowledge base and explore the innovations in Automation, Control and Robotics Engineering. The conference will strive to offer you plenty of networking opportunities to meet and interact with the leading scientists, engineers and researchers, friends and colleagues as well as sponsors and exhibitors.
●Publication and Indexing
Accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings. The conference proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore and submitted to Engineering Village (EI), SCOPUS, Thomson Reuters(Web of Science) and other databases.
CACRE 2016/2017/2018/2019 conference proceeding has been Indexed by Ei/SCOPUS Compendex.

Prof. Dan Zhang,York University, Canada
Dr. Zhang is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), a Fellow of the Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), a Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and a Fellow of Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering (CSME), a Senior Member IEEE, and a Senior Member of SME.Dr. Dan Zhang is a Kaneff Professor and Tier 1 York Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics at York University.Dr. Zhang's research interests include robotics and mechatronics; high performance parallel robotic machine development; sustainable/green manufacturing systems; rehabilitation robot and rescue robot.
Prof. Feng Gao, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China
Feng Gao is a Chair Professor at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He served as the director of the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Systems and Vibration at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2008 to 2013.He has been serving as an Associate Editor of Mechanism and Machine Theory since 2008 and the ASME Journal of Mechanical Design since 2012, and the General Member of the ASME Mechanisms and Robotics Committee since 2012. He gave the Keynote Speeches on the conferences of the ASME 2012 and IFToMM 2015, respectively. He won the 2013 China National Natural Science Award because of his contributions in parallel mechanism design and the 8 items of awards from the provincial science and technology invention prizes in China. And he won the ASME Leonardo Da Vinci Award for his invention of parallel manipulators in USA in 2014. He has been granted 120 patents and has published 3 research books on mechanisms and robotics, as well as 120 papers in international journals.
Prof. Rong Xiong, Zhejiang University, China
Prof. Rong Xiong is the leader of the Robotics Laboratory at Institute of Cyber-Systems and Control, Zhejiang University, the co-director of ZJU-UTS Joint Center on Robotics Research, the expert member for key special project on intelligent robot of Ministry of science and technology, China, and the member of international trustee committee of RoboCup. Her research interests include perception, learning and control for mobile robot, manipulator and humanoid robot. She conducted her group successfully develop two humanoid robots which can demonstrate table tennis rally with each other and against a human player, as well as quadruped running robot “Chitu”. She has successfully verified the techniques on mobile robots in industry applications and productions, such as patrol robot for substation, nature navigation AGV for factory and warehouse, automatic delivery robot in campus and etc. She has published more than 80 academic papers, been authorized 46 national invention patents and 1 USA invention patent.
Prof. Genci Capi, Hosei University, Japan
Professor of robotics and artificial inteligence at HOSEI University, Japan.
His research interests include intelligent robots with a focus on brain machine interface, evolutionary robotics, map building, multi robot systems and humanoid robot.
Prof. Yang Shi, University of Victoria, Canada
Fellow of IEEE, ASME, CSME. His research interests include Networked and Distributed Control Systems, MPC and Distributed MPC, Distributed Optimization, Multirate Control, Identification, and Information Processing, Mechatronics, Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems, Optimization and Controls for Energy-Efficient Applications, Navigation and Control of Autonomous Vehicles, Mobile Actuator and Sensor Network, Fluid Power Systems.
Prof. Yongshun Zhang, Dalian University of Technology, China
Yongshun Zhang is currently a Professor in the Key Laboratory of Technology Precision and Non-Traditional Machining, Ministry of Education, Dalian University of Technology, China. His research interests include robotics technology and micromedical robots based on magnetic manipulation. He has been granted six research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and etc.. He has authored or coauthored more than 100 papers and has been granted more than twenty Chinese patents of invention in robotics.

Prof. Xianbo Xiang, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China
Vice president of School of ship and ocean engineering, Huazhong University of science and technology, the fourth batch of "young top talents" under the national ten thousand talents plan, is now director of National Engineering Laboratory of marine engineering equipment testing technology, member of intelligent robot Professional Committee of China artificial intelligence society, member of robot branch of China Mechanical Engineering Society and IFAC marine Member of Systems Technical Committee, mainly engaged in the control technology research of marine robots, intelligent ships and marine intelligent equipment.
Prof. Xianping Fu, Dalian Maritime University, China
Professor in Information Science and Technology College, Dalian Maritime University, China. His research interests include underwater robot, perception of natural scenes in engineering systems, image/video processing, and object recognition. He is a leading talent in Dalian, and head of the high-level innovation team of underwater robots in Liaoning Province. He is currently a standing Committee member of the Professional Committee on Intelligent Robots, member of the Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Vision Special Committee of the CCF, and the Executive Director of Dalian Computer Society. He has published more than 80 papers, and applied more than 30 patents. He won the RPB International Scholars Research Award, the 7th International Invention Expo Gold Award and many other awards.
Prof. Hongde Qin, Harbin Engineering University, China
Director of the State Key Laboratory of underwater robot technology, Harbin University of engineering, IEEE senior member, whose main research direction is marine robot and artificial intelligence. Currently, he is a member of the deep sea manned and unmanned system expert group of the Ministry of industry and information technology and a member of the intelligent robot Professional Committee of the Chinese computer society. Currently, he is the editor in chief of ijasse Asia Pacific region, editorial board member of science progress, sIVP, designs, Journal of marine science and application and other journals.
